General

Multiple language support: Cinema Intelligence now offers additional language support. At this stage, the available languages are English, Italian, Spanish, and Russian.

To use another language other than English or for more information, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

Once an additional language is enabled for your account, each user can set her/his own language preference: click the Welcome logo in the bottom left corner > User Details > Language > Select a language from the list > Save.

We will continuously work together to enhance language support and offer the best user experience.

Booking

Cinema Week Overview Report Changes

  • Holdover films are now available in this report

  • Booking comments are now (entirely) visible

  • Age of film has been added as a column

  • New releases are now displayed in turquoise

Scheduling

Additional booking details are available via 'Show Info'

When you right click on a show in scheduling, and hover over 'Info', you will see the following pop-up which contains valuable data related to that show. In the latest version, this data has been enhanced to display Min shows, Min seats, Exact show times requested, and comments (when available).

Comments and exact start times via 'Check Schedule'

To cross-reference the outcome showtime schedule against the distributor requirements you input in booking, you can use the 'Check Schedule' feature at the top right above the film list. You are now able to view exact show times that were requested by a particular booking. You are also able to view added comments by bookings.

Comments visible via 'Expand Movie List'

In a similar fashion to the two features listed above, comments have also been expanded to the Scheduling Constraints section of the Expand Movie List. You can probably tell we are eager to ensure all instructions or details that are inputted at the booking level are made perfectly clear to Schedule module users so that schedules are compliant with all booking requirements.
