Online and Excel display enhancements

We appreciate your feedback. We're constantly looking into ways to improve our user experience and product usability. Based on what we've heard from you, here are some enhancements to the Distributor Report:

Option to send reports by e-mail

To make it easier to share the Distributor report, we have enabled the Email report option.

Go to Booking -> Distributor Report -> Select distributor(s) -> click Run -> apply any necessary adjustments or filters -> click Email report. A window will pop-up on your screen and you will need to select one of the available mailing programs. If you have a mail program set as default, such as Outlook, a new e-mail message will open with the following predefined information:

You can add the recipients and any additional information if necessary, and then the e-mail is ready to send. The email will be sent from your account.

Scheduling Film List enhancements

In the Film List on the right side of the scheduling grid we updated the display and added additional data.

The objective is to provide you with more insights on a week and weekend level to help streamline your scheduling process. Now you can see a full list of playing films or stopped film on a week and weekend level.

ATTENTION !!! The interaction with the films in the list is enabled only when you select the DAY tab. This means you will not be able to drag and drop, right-click, or highlight films in the scheduling grid if another tab is active.

View each Session End Time directly in the scheduling grid

You can now view the Session End Time directly in the scheduling grid for each session. By default, this feature is disabled.
