Why Is Not Possible To Generate With Two Pre-booked Shows Starting At The Same Time In Different Auditorium?

If you have two pre-booked shows (locked) in a schedule, at the same time in different auditoriums, the generation of schedule will not be possible if you have the No crowding for large rooms constraint active.

Why? Because this constraint does not permit the scheduling engine to violate it.

The two pre-booked shows must start with โ€œxโ€ minutes difference, x being the number of minutes you have set in the time interval parameter from the No crowding for large rooms constraint.

Possible workarounds:

a) Change the start time of one of the pre-booked shows, in your ticketing system (if possible) and generate the schedule

b) Change the auditorium (if possible) for one of the pre-booked shows to a smaller one (i.e. an auditorium that is not included in the rooms considered by the No crowding for large rooms constraint)

c) De-activate the No crowding for large rooms constraint, generate the day with the pre-booked shows and then reactivate it when generating a different day.
