Once scheduling for the week is complete and the schedule has been exported to the ticketing system, a user can create a Distributor Report. This report will detail the scheduling of all films for each distributor. It's a quick and easy way to provide compliance reporting to the distributor to ensure Distributor Agreements were met.

To do so, please navigate to the Booking Module.

Select Distributor Report.

The report is defaulted to generate for Scheduling. A user will select the distributor(s) from the drop-down list or by searching for the name, then click “Run”. It is possible to enable the report to detail exact start times of film sessions.

Once a report is generated, a data grid populates. A user can:

  • Hide Columns: Users are able to pick and choose which columns are displayed on the Distributor Report by using the 'eye' icon found on the right-hand side of the report and then selecting/unselecting the desired columns.

  • Group/Sort/Filter Columns: Users are able to control the way that the report is organized by using 'Groups'. In order to create a group, simply click on the column header and drag it to the white section above. Sort/filter the report easily by clicking the arrows or the filter buttons on the relevant columns.

  • View Film and Film Version Subtotals: The distributor reports show totals per film version and per film. To see this, a user must group the report per Title and Format. The totals are automatically calculated for each grouped item.

  • Create Sticky User Preferences: All filters and grouping set in the Distributor report are saved as a user preference. Next time a user logs in, the report with have exactly the same sorting, filtering, grouping, column order, and width settings.

The user can either Email the report or select Print to export it to Excel.
