The diagram below details some important features of the Scheduling View page. For more information on how the page is color-coded visit the legend.

The grid is set up with Auditoriums listed down the left-hand side and time intervals across the top. The time interval on the grid is changeable; please set this up with the dedicated Customer Success Manager. Sessions will be placed across the grid following the timeline.

The Scheduling view page is where a user can Generate an optimal daily schedule based on real-time admissions data. A user can review the Short Film List as a quick way to evaluate forecasted film performance as they schedule. They can also view actual admits by right-clicking any session on the grid. For more information on film performance and options to configure film sessions, select Expand Movie List.

Manual adjustments to schedule are always possible. Film sessions on the grid can be dragged and dropped. Films can also be drag and dropped from the short film list onto the grid. If you right-click on any film session in the grid, a menu will appear with options to view more details like "info" or other options to make manual adjustments.
