It is possible to add additional states to the Schedule Progress in the Scheduling Dashboard. This 5-step process is referred to as the 5-state workflow. These additional states can be enabled by the dedicated Customer Success Manager and the CI support team.

For details on the 3-state workflow or how to change the schedule progress, please visit Schedule Progress.

Scheduling States Defined

Idle: Cinemas are listed as Idle as a default. This means no user has entered the cinema to schedule for some time. The user can manually set the state to Idle too.

In Scheduling: The In Scheduling state fully enables the current cinema to be scheduled. In this state, the user’s name will appear below the cinema name as a quick visual reference.

Review Schedule: Once a schedule is built, a user will select Review Schedule, which will trigger an email to whoever is designated as the reviewer by the exhibitor.

Review Done: Once the reviewer has completed assessing the schedule, they will set the schedule progress to Review Done, which will indicate that the schedule is either ready to export or needs additional changes. These additional changes can be communicated via the chat feature.

Ready: Once the schedule is finalized, the user will return to the Scheduling Dashboard and update the schedule progress to Ready.
