This article addresses how a user can verify data in the Scheduling Module.

Where is data imported from?

Data is imported overnight from the ticketing system. To check the date of the last import, view Last Import in the Schedule Info section of the Scheduling Dashboard.

You can trigger a manual import by selecting the Import Button on the top left-hand side of the Scheduling Dashboard.

How can a user verify data?

There are a few places to verify data is correct.

Simply double-click any film in the New Release section of the Scheduling Dashboard.

Or select Expand Movie List on the Scheduling View page.

This will take the user to the Expand Movie List.

The left-hand panel will display films along with their total weekendadmits. These numbers are good way to gut check the data.

For more detailed data to verify, use the right-hand panel of the Expand Movie List page.

The top right-hand panel displays film details for the selected film as well as other film-related settings.

The bottom right-hand panel displays a Performance overview which details number of visitors and drop percentage.

The Per Show tab is a great place to verify correct day-level data has imported from the ticketing system.

For even more data, by selecting a day of the week, a user can see admissions and occupancy percentage by timeslot for the selected film for the current playing week as well as the forecast for the following week.
