This article will explain possible edits to existing events.
1. Edit an Event
From Expand Event view mode, press Edit to start the editing process of event’s details on the Edit Event Details page. All the fields are re-configurable. Press Save to finalize the process after making changes to return to the main page.
Press Save or Cancel to finalize the process and return on the main page.
2. Delete an Event
From Expand view mode, click on Edit button to navigate on the Edit Event Details page. In the lower left part, there is the Delete button. This action will delete the event only from Events Module. A final event will not be automatically deleted from the Scheduling module once deleted from Events.
3. Duplicate an event
This functionality was designed to help create the same event for multiple locations.
From Expand view mode, click on Duplicate button to navigate on the Duplicate Event Details page.
This page will contain the same settings as the original event. All the fields are re-configurable and the changes made will not affect the original one. Pressing the Save button will complete the process and return on the main page. The new event will be created and it will be visible in the Events list.
