Distributor Report [Booking] *New*

This article will explain how to generate a report for each distributor that will highlight the scheduling of all films for a particular distributor listed by time slots. This report is particularly helpful for reporting to the distributor.

The on-screen report shows all films that are scheduled to play in the current week, split into New Releases, Holdovers and Stopped. Additional film details are available in the table.

Select the desired distributor from the drop-down list and then click Run to create the report.

Print report will export the current distributor report in an Excel format, ready to be sent to distributors.

Note: Email Report is a future enhancement that is not yet available in this release.
