In this article, you will learn how booking information is displayed and how to generate cinema week-level reports.
The Booking module includes 3 essential reports:
1. Film Week Overview - a week-by-week overview of all the upcoming releases
2. Cinema Week Overview - a week-by-week overview of all upcoming releases, grouped per cinema.
3. Distributor Report - Displays new releases, holdovers and stopped films by distributor that have played in your circuit during the past week.
Cinema Week Overview is a detailed report for each of your theatres.
It highlights week-by-week, the upcoming releases with their exact planning and booking terms, time slots and selected screens.
A color-coded flag indicates the booking status:
Green means all are planned and confirmed
Yellow means the exhibitor wants to play this particular release but it has to be confirmed with the distributor
Red means this release is not planned
All on-screen reporting can be exported in Excel for easy distribution and overview. Just hit Generate Report at each theatre to download the Excel.
