What browser is best to use for Cinema Intelligence Web App?
The Cinema Intelligence Application is specifically developed and tested in Chrome.
What if the Web App won't load (the spinning icon is spinning forever!)?
If the CI App won't load in Chrome, you'll need to do a hard refresh and clear your cache.
This can be done by accessing the Chrome Dev Tool. Select the Chrome three-dot menu on the upper right-hand side of your browser bar -> More Tools -> Developer tools.
Then select the refresh icon on the upper left-hand side of the browser bar -> Right mouse click -> Empty Cache and Hard Reload.
Below are some helpful shortcuts:
Windows:
Press (FN + ) F12 to open the Chrome Developer tools
Right-click the refresh icon on the left-hand side of the browser bar
Select "Empty Cache and Hard Reload"
MAC:
Press (FN +) F12 to open the Chrome Dev Tool
Press CTRL + click the refresh icon on the right-hand side of the browser bar
Select "Empty Cache and Hard Reload"
