You can reset your password by accessing app.cinemaintelligence.com and selecting Reset password from the login screen on the web portal. From there, you'll be prompted to enter your email. An email should be sent to your inbox asking to Reset password.
You should enter the new password and confirm it on the Reset Password screen.
Note! Password rules:
The New password must be at least 6 characters long.
Passwords must have at least one non alphanumeric character.
Passwords must have at least one digit ('0'-'9').
Passwords must have at least one uppercase ('A'-'Z').
Once confirmed, you may log back into Film Manager or Cinema Intelligence Web Portal using your new password.
